Area Manager Middle East Africa Asia (MEAA) (m/f/d)

Full-time employment

Your tasks:

• Insure annual turnover planning and budgets of his/her scope of business and assigned markets – takes a part in the full P&L management.
• Sales partner management and partner support through regular business reviews.
• Aid in the development of new markets and initiation of new product registrations in relation to the related R&D strategies – provide the needed support for successful product launches.
• Compile business plans to serve as basis decision-making regarding investments, market entry, new licenses/registration, establishing proprietary organizations.
• Provides input and insights on the Development and implementation of marketing concepts and sales promotion measures (ATL / BTL) in cooperation with sales partners and other internal interfaces.
• Participate with the Head of PP MEAA in:
  • Assists in partner contracts development for MEAA markets.
  • Assists on Deciding the appropriate support activities.

What you bring to the table:

• University degree in business administration or economics or in scientific studies – MBA would be advantageous.
• At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on OTC, Rx experience is desired – of these 3–5 years experience required in international OTC business. Francophone Africa and/or Middle East will be a plus.
• Fluency in English is mandatory – German, French & Basic Arabic is a plus.
• Solid presentation skills in developing and executing business.
• Excellent command of MS Office software
